§ 1 Scope. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Indigo Alphabets online shop operated by Iñigo Uriarte, Markgrafendamm 28, 10245 Berlin, Germany. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
§ 2 Contract formation. The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding order. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or deliver the purchased files.
§ 3 Prices and payment. All prices shown include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
§ 4 Delivery. Font files are digital products delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive a download link by email. The download link is valid for 48 hours.
§ 5 Licence scope. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the typeface according to the selected licence tier. The licence tier determines the number of employees in your organisation permitted to use the font. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the font files is prohibited. For extended or custom licensing, contact hi@indigoindigo.org.
§ 6 Liability. We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health, or under the Product Liability Act.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal. Please see our separate Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
§ 8 Applicable law and jurisdiction. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
