Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Iñigo Uriarte, Indigo Alphabets, Markgrafendamm 28, 10245 Berlin, hi@indigoindigo.org — by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content. You expressly agree that we begin the delivery of digital content (font files) before the withdrawal period has expired. You acknowledge that by beginning the download or delivery of the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.
